Ikarus C42

The Comco Ikarus C42 is a universally popular training aircraft, used by many flight schools in the UK and Europe. It is a stable, comfortable aircraft which isn’t difficult to fly, and is powered by the highly reliable and economical Rotax 912 Aero engine.

They are rugged and capable and can be operated from small grass airstrips as well as larger airfields.

Many pilots who have gained their licences on the C42 enjoyed learning to fly on them so much that they have then gone on to own one, either as part of a syndicate or individually.

We have four C42s at Progress available for training and rental

so good availability is guaranteed for both student and rental pilots.

Progress Flying Club Fleet EV-97 Eurostar Microlight

EV-97 Eurostar

The Eurostar is a modern low wing aircraft, giving unrivalled all round visibility and is available for rental by licenced pilots after any required conversion training, but not for ab initio training, which is normally done on the C42.
